Shipping & Return Policy
Processing: Orders will be processed and shipped weekly via USPS, Monday thru Friday, within 2 to 3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is fulfilled and delivered to the the selected shipping service.
During periods of high demand, orders may take 5 to 10 business days before being processed and shipped.
US Shipping: All orders in the US can take 3 to 10 business days for arrival. This excludes processing time, weekends, and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for package arrival. After the 2 week period, if you have not received your purchase, please notify us.
We strive to ensure products are delivered in the best condition and to provide the best customer service possible. Once the product has been transferred to the selected shipping service, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
Returns: We do not offer refunds at this time. We appreciate your business, want you to be happy with your purchase.
